Together with several colleagues (also recently "retired") he set up the organisation's first club (Canterbury Table Plus No 1). The founder chairman, Martin Neame, had recently retired from Canterbury & District Round Table and felt a need existed for a club with a similar ethos and raison d'être to that existing in Canterbury & District Round Table, but with a younger look and feel than Canterbury 41 Club. The Table Plus logo was designed as an adaptation of the Canterbury Cross. It was created in Canterbury, and is a member of the Association of Ex-Round Tablers' Clubs.

Table Plus eLearning is now rolling out across 500 Accor Hotels Restaurants across Asia Pacific.Table Plus is a club for men aged between 40 and 60 that provides a selection of social and community service related opportunities for its members.

This approach also delivers a more engaging experience for the learner and a greater return on investment from Accor's corporate visual assets.

Working in close collaboration with the client and designed in alignment with Accor and Table Plus brands, the training content is delivered through professional voice over, animated screenshots and key words, as well as Accor footage and photography, to visually keep the customer and the staff at the centre of the story. Big picture topics were addressed with tutorials that dealt with the reasons why transitioning fully and without delay made sense for staff, management, Accor brand and the customers and each tutorial was structured to include the learning objectives, the content, as well as a summary. Art of Multimedia created several other eLearning programs for Accor Hotels and were once again tasked with producing a series of 9 video modules ranging from 2-5 minutes duration, to make it easier for staff to consume training in small chunks, relevant to specific tasks such as Loading Menus on Table Plus, or the staff's role, such as Reports.
